Available for speaking engagements

Rick is available to share the results of his survey of youth ministers and how the aging process affects them at different stages of their ministry. As student pastors look at becoming long term ministerial staff, they can be aware of general psychological development patterns as well as take steps to minimize the negative impacts.  They can also be clearer in identifying their strengths that comes through years of experience and be able to present themselves to search committees.

Rick’s practical approach to ministry is a plus as he has developed an approach that continues to draw youth in and allows parents to feel comfortable in safe and scripture-focused activities.
